1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a "Results or Full Refund" guarantee on our core services. If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon results within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.
2. When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Project Cancellation: If you cancel before work begins, 100% refund
- Unmet Deliverables: If we fail to meet core requirements as specified in your agreement
- Quality Issues: If deliverables have significant defects that we cannot resolve within 14 days
- Missed Deadlines: If we miss a critical deadline by more than 15 business days (client delays excluded)
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are typically non-refundable:
- Work completed before cancellation (you pay for completed milestones)
- Third-party costs (hosting, domain registration, API fees, software licenses)
- Deposits for projects that have already started
- Change requests or additional features added after agreement
- Rush fees or expedited delivery charges
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at silentboom00@gmail.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your project name, agreement date, and reason for refund
- We will respond within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for work that was partially completed or didn't meet all specifications. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, we offer:
- A free mediation call with our senior management
- Option to escrow disputed amounts with a third party
- Binding arbitration if mutual agreement cannot be reached
7. Monthly Retainers & Ongoing Services
For monthly retainer services, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Unused retainer days will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. No refunds for partial months after cancellation.
8. Advertising & Marketing Services
For AI-powered advertising services, ad spend is non-refundable as it's paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). Our management fees may be refundable based on performance metrics defined in your agreement.
